7. Payments & billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Eye Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
